Practices
If you want to join us for group practices, you can join us most weeks on Tues & Thurs evenings and Saturday mornings at Midway Pool. Occassionally, especially when there is a Friday meet, we will practice Mondays at Emory SAAC instead of Thursday.

Coaches: All practices have a coach on deck to write sets, explain drills, provide feedback on stroke technique. Read more here about our awesome coaches.
Midway Pool: 3181 Midway Rd. Decatur, GA 30032 Free parking lot right in front of the pool.
Emory SAAC: 1946 Starvine Way, Decatur, GA 30033 Free parking in deck. Walk across street and into SAAC building. Check in at front desk & walk outside and downstairs to pool.
If you would like to join group practices, there is a Team fee of $150. There will be 30+ practices over 12 weeks (less than $5 per practice). If you think you will make less than 10 practices, you can pay a $15 drop-in fee instead.
Want to just do meets? No problem, we'd love to have you--you only have to pay the League fee only via the green Registration button on the Decatur GUS Home page. If you want to do the Dolphin practices on your own, you can find them here.

Not sure yet? Come try it out, and if you love it, join for more. (If you want to try it out before committing, just email Ann –[email protected] ahead of time so you don’t have any difficulty getting access to the pool when you arrive.) After initial trial practice, you must also pay the League fee in order to do group practices. It provides the required insurance we need for the pool, and also covers all the meets.
